Terms and CONDITIONS .
1. Bookings & Payment
All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or social media.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a £20 late cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduling with sufficient notice.
3. Urgent & Same-Day Bookings
Same-day or urgent bookings are subject to availability and a £15 priority fee.
Priority bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
4. Access & Environment
You must provide a safe working space with enough room around the vehicle.
For services requiring power or water, you must provide access to an electrical outlet or water source unless otherwise arranged.
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Condition & Service Limitations
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or time estimates based on the condition of the vehicle (e.g. heavy soiling, pet hair, mould, stains).
Heavily soiled interiors may require a premium deep clean at an additional charge.
Certain stains, odours, or damage may be impossible to completely remove and we make no guarantees regarding full restoration.
6. Weather Conditions
In extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, etc.), we may reschedule the appointment. We’ll always notify you as soon as possible.
Covered or indoor areas are preferable for detailing during bad weather.
7. Liability
Victory Lap Mobile Detailing will take the utmost care with your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Paint defects or fragile trims
Mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after cleaning
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
We may offer a touch-up or re-clean where appropriate.
9. Privacy & Contact
Your personal information is used solely for booking and communication. We do not share or sell your data.
We may send you occasional updates or offers via SMS or email. You can opt out at any time.
10. Amendments
Victory Lap Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
